Naga College Foundation, Inc. (NCF) formally hailed the second Queen of Diversity, Paul Adrian Pilapil of the College of Health Sciences (CHS), following the three-hour-long search for this year’s queen, on March 2, 2023, at The Quad.
Armed with intelligence, refined physique, and fascinating charm, eleven beauties exhibited their experience-based advocacies, intricate pasarela walks, and strong presence on the runway wearing their exquisite regional festive attires, denim wear, and long gowns.
