A streak of pre-service tiger law enforcers filled the main avenues of Naga City with cheers and applause while escorting the two April 2023 CLE national placers and passers in a torch parade on May 12, 2023.
Joined by Dr. Marilyn F. Balares, Dean of the College of Criminal Justice Education (CCJE), Kenneth O. Dela Torre, RCrim, the first placer, and Mark P. Villanueva, RCrim, the tenth placer, bore the torches while receiving praise and homage from the spectators along the avenues.
Dela Torre and Villanueva, as living proofs of commitment to “quality and affordable education”, fortified the NCF’s pedestal of time-tested excellence and prominence in the field of criminology.
