β’ finished his master’s degree in Business Administration at the Philippine Christian University in 1980

β’ served as a part-time instructor at the Philippine Christian University for the Master in Business Administration Program, from 1980 to 1985
β’ managed the engineering and manufacturing plants in the Philippines of the Integrated Micro Electronics Inc., an Ayala subsidiary, and handled 1,500 employees where he served as the Vice President for Operations, from 1981 to 1985
β’ became a Manufacturing Manager of Arax Asia (Philippines), Inc., from December 1985 until September 1992, where he was in charge of the four manufacturing plants doing assembly of musical greeting cards and other electronic devices
β’ worked as the Manufacturing General Manager of MTC Electronics, (H.K.) Ltd., from May 1993 to June 1994, who managed the start-up of production operations of three factories located in Dongguan, Shanghai, and Wuhan Hubei, in China, producing cellphones and pagers supplied to the China market
β’ supervised the plastic injection manufacturing operations as the Factory Manager of P.T. Pacific Toys in Jakarta, Indonesia – manufacturer and supplier of high technology toys to Mattel, Hasbro, Atari, and Sony – from July 1994 until August 1997
β’ led the Semi-Alloys, Inc., as the Plant Manager from December 1997 to September 2008, overseeing the whole factory production including the personnel department, accounting, and administration
β’ served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the GOLD Gloffa Real Estate Development and Construction Service from October 2008 until February 2010, and is serving once more since December 2013
β’ became the Vice President for Manufacturing and Local Sales of the Pacific Activated Carbon Corp., Inc., – the biggest activated carbon manufacturing company in the world producing activated carbon for local market and export, from February 2, 2010, until November 30, 2013
β’ continuously served as a member of the Board of Trustees and the fifth President of the Naga College Foundation, Inc., from 2004 and June 2015, respectively

β’ fulfilled his vision, seven years ago, of making NCF a “transformed academic institution” β a more financially stable institution that overcame the challenges of the K-12 curriculum
β’ concretized his “four pillars of management”, he emphasized in his inaugural address on July 16, 2015, which are centered on high-quality education, financial efficiency and control, employees’ welfare, and parental relationship with the students
β’ under his presidency, a total of 9 tertiary education and graduate studies programs have been accredited by the Philippine Association of Colleges and Universities Commission on Accreditation, Inc. (PACUCOA), bringing up to a total of 14 accredited programs to date
β’ through his leadership, sports was brought to greater heights – established its identity as “Home of the Champions” in 2017 and has organized a total of 22 sports
β’ led the completion, ongoing construction, and planning of the state-of-the-art infrastructure projects: Tigers’ Swimming Pool, NCF-Wings, NCF-Magsaysay Annex, MTV Extension Building, Tiger Sports Arena, a new campus for Basic Education Department, and a housing project for NCF employees
β’ NCF ventures businesses and expansion as learning laboratories – Lemon Residences, Naga ‘Yon Travel and Tours, Driving School, and the Firing Range
β’ maintained and achieved an increasing trajectory rate of enrollment
