Melchor Trinidad Villanueva (MTV) Scholarship
- MTV Scholarship offers a 100% discount on tuition fees for incoming Grade 7 and Grade 11 students who passed the qualifying examinations.
- Guidance and Testing Center (GTC) is in-charge to conduct the qualifying examinations and release its results.
Villanueva Scholarship A
- Automatically given to all incoming college freshmen who rank 1st and 2nd in their 12th grade in Senior High School. It is also given to all With Highest Honors graduates of Senior High School.
- It offers a 100% discount for both tuition and miscellaneous fee.
- Requirement: Proof/Certification of the award/s given from the school.
Villanueva Scholarship B
- It is intended for incoming college freshmen and transferees who passed the qualifying examinations and will enroll in courses with licensure/professional examinations. It offers a 100% discount on tuition fees.
- Guidance and Testing Center (GTC) is in-charge to conduct the qualifying examinations and release its results.
Honor Scholarship
- It is offered for the Junior High School (JHS) students and elementary students who graduated in NCF with honors belonging to the Top 10 in JHS and Top 3 in elementary.
- For JHS Top 1 graduate, he/she is entitled to a 100% tuition discount. Top 2 is entitled to a 50% tuition discount. Top 3 to Top 10, on the other hand, are entitled to a 10% tuition discount.
- For elementary top 1 graduate, he/she is entitled to 100% tuition discount, while 50% and 20% tuition discount for Top 2 and Top 3, respectively.
- It is also offered to first-time students of a Master’s degree who graduated with college Latin Honors from any school, college, or university.
Requirement: Proof/Certification of the award/s given from the school.
Tiger’s Honor Scholarship
- It is intended for incoming college freshmen who graduated With Honors and With High Honors in Senior High School.
- It offers a 25% discount on tuition fees and is intended for one academic year only.
- It is not applicable for students who will enroll in health-related courses.
- Requirement: Proof/Certification of the award/s given from the school.
Compassion for Education
- Given to incoming freshmen whose parents are front liners for COVID-19 response; except for students who will enroll in College of Accountancy and Finance (CAF) and College of Business and Management (CBM).
- Offers 50% discount on tuition fees for the first academic year upon enrollment and 20% for the succeeding semesters.
- Apply and submit the requirements in the student’s respective college/department.
- Requirements:
- Original copy of the Certificate of Employment of the front liner.
- Photocopy of the Valid ID of the front liner.
- Photocopy of the Birth Certificate of the student and the front liner.
Athletic Scholarship
- This is granted to students who excel in the field of sports and will represent the institution in various athletic meets.

Band Scholarship
- All collegiate band members/majorettes are entitled to enjoy free tuition depending on experience/category.
- For queries, kindly contact the Office of the Band Director.
Students Assistant Scholarship Program
- Open for all single college students, aged 18 to 25.
- A graduate of Senior High School.
- For freshmen, the General Weighted Average (GWA) must not be lower than 81% and must not have a final grade below 80% in any learning areas.
- For transferees and current students, the General Weighted Average (GWA) must not be lower than 2.5, must not have a final grade below 2.75 in any subject, and must not have failed grades or marks of dropped due to excessive absences (DEA).
- Submit your application and requirements at the Office for Student Affairs.
- Requirements:
- Application letter addressed to SASP
- SHS Form 138 (for freshmen), Certificate of Grades of the last semester attended (for currents students and transferees)
- Certificate of Good Moral
- Income Tax Returns/Indigent Certificate issued by DSWD and Barangay
- Police Clearance
- Health Certificate
- 2 pcs. of 1×1 picture, 1 pc. of 2×2 picture (white background)
- Sketch of Residence
Presidential Scholarship
- This is given by the School President to a deserving student who gives pride and honor to the institution in the national and/or international arena.
- Scholarship or discount will be based on the discretion of the President.
Alumni Discount
- Granted to NCF alumni and their qualified beneficiaries.
- Apply and submit the requirements at the Office for Student Services, G/F, Administrative Building.
Process:
- Alumni Discount applicants must present the following documents:
- Photocopy of Diploma or Transcript of Records (with Special Order). If not available, a certification from the Registrar’s Office indicating the year of graduation and degree earned;
- Photocopy of Marriage Contract for female alumni who changed their surname; and
- Photocopy of Certificate of Live Birth of the following beneficiaries:
- Applicant’s children as proof of filial relations; and
- Applicant’s parent or siblings as proof of filial relations.

- Applicants must fill out Alumni Discount Application Form and Scholarship and Discount Application Form in two copies.
- Accomplished forms with attachments will be verified by the Alumni Officer and forwarded to the Scholarship Coordinator for approval of the application.
- Alumni applicants must submit application forms no later than 1 week after the classes start.
- For Alumni Discount Renewal, the database will be checked and automatically be given the same alumni discount until he/she graduated from the program.
- Deduction of alumni discount will be every last quarter of the school year and semester.

Cash Discount
- 10% discount on tuition fees is given for students who pay their full assessment in cash upon enrollment.
Family Discount
- Given to students with siblings and parents enrolled in the same semester/school year.
- 10% tuition fee discount for the second sibling, 30% tuition fee discount for the third sibling, and 50% discount for the 4th and more siblings.
- The discount will be availed by the youngest sibling/family member or by the one with the least tuition fee.
- Requirements:
- Photocopy of the Certificate of Live Birth (of the student and his/her enrolled siblings/parents)
- Photocopy of the Matriculation Form (of the student and his/her enrolled siblings/parents)
Barangay Official Discount
- It offers a 5% tuition fee discount to incumbent elected barangay officials and their legitimate dependent children.
- Requirement: Certification from Local DILG Office
NCF – 9th Infantry Division Discount
- It is granted to the 9th Infantry Division Military Servicemen/Servicewomen and their qualified dependents.
- 50% tuition fee discount will be given to the qualified dependents of the KIA Military Personnel.
- 30% tuition fee discount to the military personnel, their spouses, and children.
- 20% tuition fee discount to their siblings.
- Requirement: Endorsement Letter from the 9th Infantry Division
NCF – Law Enforcement Discount
- 20% tuition fee discount to the active and retired members of PNP, BFP, BJMP, and other Law Enforcement Agencies.
- Exclusively for students who will take courses offered by the College of Criminal Justice Education.

AIM Global Discount
- 10% tuition fee discount given to students with AIM Global-NCF Certification.
- It is applied only upon the first entrance of students to NCF.
- Requirement: Certification with NCF Logo from AIM Global
Teacher’s Discount
- 20% tuition fee discount for all teachers who are currently teaching and will enroll in any Master’s and Doctorate’s Degree program of NCF.
- Requirement: Certificate of Employment
College of Engineering Scholarship
- Given to incoming college freshmen who will enroll in BS Computer Engineering, BS Civil Engineering, and BS Geodetic Engineering who graduated with honors in Senior High School.
- 75% tuition fee discount for the first semester only is intended for students who graduated With High Honors.
- 50% tuition fee discount for the first semester only is intended for students who graduated With Honors.
- Requirement: Proof/Certification of the award/s given by the school.
Center for Culture and the Arts Discount
- Granted to students who excel in singing or dancing, and become members of the NCF Center for Arts and Culture.

The Naga Collegian (TNC) Scholarship
- Maximum of 100% tuition discount and honorarium for students who are members of the Editorial Board and Publication Staff of the official college student publication.

Note: Students can avail of only one Scholarship/Discount given NCF. In cases of multiple scholarships/discounts, the student can avail of whichever is higher.

GENERAL PROCEDURE FOR INTERNAL SCHOLARSHIPS/DISCOUNTS APPLICATION
- Visit the Accounting Office, located on the Ground Floor of the Administrative Building, NCF-Main Campus.
- Fill out the scholarship form.
- Present and submit the requirements for verification and approval.
- The process of availing of the discount/scholarship will start upon enrollment.
- Discounts/scholarships will reflect on the student’s account on or before the preliminary examinations.

GENERAL PROCEDURE FOR EXTERNAL SCHOLARSHIPS AND DISCOUNTS
- Visit the Accounting Office, located on the Ground Floor of the Administrative Building, NCF-Main Campus.
- Present and submit the requirements for verification. Encoding of information, for billing purposes, will be done upon the completion of all the requisites.
- The process of availing the external scholarship will be at the offices of the partner agencies/institutions and scholarship sponsors.
- Scholarship grants will be posted on the Student Accounts Facebook page once the applications of the students are approved and the billings are paid by the partner agencies/institutions and scholarship sponsors.
