A total of 186 graduating students from the colleges of Accountancy and Finance (CAF) and Teacher Education (CTED) congregate as the Career and Placement Office (CPO) of Naga College Foundation, Inc. (NCF) kicks off its series of conferences on preparing the graduating class for their employment today, March 24, 2023, at The Quad.
In his address, Mr. Arnel P. Balid Jr., CPO Coordinator, ensures the class of 2023 that NCF, through the CPO, will provide adequate
opportunities and assistance on the employment process, beginning with conducting career and employment orientation.
Balid also mentioned the commitment of the academic institution to establishing partnerships with public and private organizations to “keep the NCF students abreast of functional competencies relevant to the demands of the present industries.”
Putting first things first, Ms. Jan Marie Shaira S. Sanchez, Employer Engagement Officer of the Metro Naga Public Employment Service (PESO), graces the event with her presence and talks over the requisite documents for a job application, a job interview, and other basic requirements.
With the collaborative efforts of the CPO, Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE)—Bicol, and Metro Naga Public Employment Service (PESO), the second and third waves of the conference will transpire on March 31, 2023, for the colleges of Engineering (COE), Computer Studies (CCS), and remaining students of CTED, and on April 1, 2023, for the colleges of Arts and Sciences (CAS), Business and Management (CBM), and remaining students of CAF.
