𝗟𝗢𝗢𝗞: NCF educators from the basic education department, tertiary, and graduate studies congregate today, October 21, 2022, at ST Auditorium, for the General Faculty Assembly.
The assembly concentrates on faculty development for differentiated instruction and classroom management discipline — two facets of pedagogy that need to be strengthened among educators, as identified by the Research and Extension Office.
In her opening remarks, Dr. Aida P. Osea, Vice President for Academic Affairs, said that this assembly aims to “accelerate learning through differentiated instruction using technology and other teaching strategies… as one size does not fits all.”
Meanwhile, Dr. Joan L. Lagata of the Regional Office of the Department of Education and Dr. Dariel A. Palmiano, Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences of CBSUA, discuss the Application and Practice of Differentiated Instruction and Accelerated Learning in the Basic and Higher Education Department, respectively.
Rev. Fr. Fidel Mamerto A. Bagayaua, on the other hand, talks about Classroom Discipline Management.
Furthermore, this faculty development program proves the commitment of Naga College Foundation, Inc. to providing quality education and the widest horizon of knowledge.
