To support the delivery of the NCF flexible learning modality (FLEX50) in this time of the pandemic, educational technology hubs have been made available by the Technology Resource Center (TRC). TRC head Ms Sheila B. Bordado and her staff have equipped 3 rooms that serve as technology and production hubs for the online instructional needs of the faculty.

The technology hubs have 24 workstations with multimedia equipped personal computers linked to the 250 mbps leased line for internet connectivity. Each workstation has two monitors, one system unit, noise-cancelling headphones and web camera. Software applications for teaching and learning have been installed in the workstations.

The production hub, on the other hand, is a green video room where instructional or demonstration videos are recorded.
