Abstract

This study aimed to determine the PEACE program of Naga College Foundation, Inc. Specifically, this study seeked to answer the following question: 1. What are the profiles of the respondents in Carolina, Naga City in terms of: a. Age, b. Gender; c. Civil Status; d. Occupation; and e. Education Attainment? 2. What are the PEACE Program activities conducted in Carolina, Naga City? 3. What is the level of implementation of the PEACE program? A. Drug Awareness and Crimes Prevention Seminar; b. Disaster and Risk Reduction Seminar; and c. Training for Barangay Tanods d. Outreach Program? 4. What is the impact of PEACE Program t the community along: a. Crimes Reduction; b. Skills and Awareness; c. Preparedness of the community? 5. What measures can be done to improve the implementation of PEACE Program?

Abstract

This study aimed to evaluate the level of awareness of the college students of Naga College Foundation on Republic Act No. 8049 otherwise known as Anti-hazing Law of the Philippines, Specifically, this study answered the following questions (1) What is the profile of the College Student in terms of age, Gender and Year level. (2) What is level of awareness of college student of Naga College Foundation on Republic Act No. 8049 Known As Anti-Hazing Law of the Philippines along Initiation Rites, Responsibility of the School Head, Penalties and Liabilities of the owner of the place? (3) What measures can be implemented by the Naga College Foundation education to Increase the level of awareness of college student on the Anti-Hazing law of the Philippines.

Abstract

This study determined the Level of Awareness and Preparedness of Naga College Foundation, Inc. Basic Education Department Community to Disaster and Emergency Response.

This study employed a descriptive-correlational survey research method which involved questionnaire and examination of past records and publications. Statistical tools used to treat the data were percentage technique, weighted mean and Likert Scale.

This study showed that all interpreted by the respondents which were mostly “Very Much Aware” this means that the School has done great in informing the students and the faculty of BED Community. This study also revealed that Basic Education Department in Disaster and Emergency Response mandates in regarding School Activities in any emergency showed that all the respondents agreed on all the said school activities for Disaster and Emergency Response.
